I’m Maria and this is Rascal Bread, my attempt to find meaning in life and community with neighbors through the simple power of bread. Every loaf is made by hand with local grains, a sourdough culture, a nice long fermentation, and a lot of love.

To get a loaf or few, order on Mondays and pickup on Wednesdays at my home on the north end of Mercer Island.
